Internship Opportunities:
The goal of Bel-Aire’s internship program is to provide college aged students with an educational and spiritual experience working with students K5-12th grade . Interns will assist staff in all of Bel-Aire’s programming. The goal of this position is 1) to aid Bel-Aire in accomplishing its core values: spiritual, educational and relational growth and 2) to give interns an experience working in a non-profit setting.

Full Time Position: Teen Program Coordinator
The Teen Program Coordinator plans, coordinates, and leads all middle and high school programming. This position is full-time. The Teen Program Coordinator partners with the Executive Director and Elementary Program Director to identify, develop and sustain key relationships within the community for the betterment of Bel-Aire’s students. This position will be a key intermediary between students and their parents, teachers and volunteers. The Teen Program Coordinator’s effectiveness will be based on their ability to establish healthy relationships with students, successfully deploy leadership and summer camp programs and activities, and partner with the rest of Bel-Aire’s staff to aid in the mission of Bel-Aire.
